We accept secure online payments and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. Orders may be cancelled if payment cannot be verified or completed.

Customers may request order cancellation before the order has been dispatched.

We currently deliver across Bangladesh. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, weather, logistics, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Lithoora is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returns and refunds are subject to our Considered Returns policy. Products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered may qualify for a replacement or refund after verification.

You agree not to use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, attempt to disrupt or interfere with the website or its security, or misuse any content, trademarks, or intellectual property belonging to Lithoora.
