If something is not right with your order, we want to help. Here is how the process works and what to expect.

You may return a product within 3 days of delivery if it arrived damaged or defective, you received the wrong product, or it is significantly different from what was described on our website.
To be eligible, the product must be unused and in its original condition, with original packaging, accessories, and labels included. Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible.
Unless damaged or defective upon delivery, the following cannot be returned: items that have been used or show wear after delivery, customised or personalised products, and gift cards or promotional vouchers.
Once approved, refunds are generally processed within 1–3 working days for bKash and Nagad, and 7–15 working days for debit or credit card payments, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Pre-order items are eligible for return only if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Advance payment is required to confirm and reserve any pre-order item.
